Go Paperless, Get Rewarded.

1. Eligibility

The ERTH Power Inc. (“ERTH Power”) Go Paperless. Get Rewarded. Contest (the “Contest”) is open to eligible ERTH Power residential and small business electricity customers.

To enter and be eligible to win a Prize, an entrant must:

1. be a legal resident of Ontario;
2. have reached the age of majority in Ontario;
3. be the primary account holder of an active residential or small business electricity account with ERTH Power;
4. be enrolled in paperless eBilling as of 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 31, 2026 (the “Contest Closing Date”); and
5. have an ERTH Power account in good standing as of the Contest Closing Date.

Employees of ERTH Power, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

ERTH Power reserves the right to require proof of identity, account ownership and/or eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification. ERTH Power reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, eligible ERTH Power residential and small business electricity customers must be enrolled in paperless eBilling by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2026.

Customers can sign up for paperless eBilling through ERTH Power’s MyAccount portal.

Customers who are already enrolled in paperless eBilling are automatically entered and do not need to take any additional action.

Each eligible ERTH Power account number will receive one (1) entry into the Contest.

No purchase necessary.

3. Prizes

There are five (5) Prizes available to be won.

Each Prize consists of a five hundred dollar ($500 CAD) bill credit applied directly to the winner’s eligible ERTH Power electricity account.

The total approximate retail value of all Prizes is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500 CAD).

Bill credits may only be applied toward electricity charges billed to the winning ERTH Power account and have no cash value. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash payment, substitution or exchange will be provided, except at ERTH Power’s discretion where a Prize cannot be awarded as described.

If a winning account is closed before the full Prize amount has been applied to eligible electricity charges, any unused portion of the Prize will be forfeited and will not be paid or refunded in cash.

There is a limit of one (1) Prize per ERTH Power account number.

4. Winner Selection

On or about November 2, 2026, ERTH Power will randomly select five (5) eligible entries from all eligible accounts enrolled in eBilling as of the Contest Closing Date.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

Selected entrants will be contacted by email or telephone using the contact information associated with their ERTH Power account.

Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant, or an authorized representative in the case of a small business account, must:

1. correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question; and
2. complete and return a Declaration and Release Form confirming eligibility, compliance with these Official Contest Rules & Regulations and acceptance of the Prize.

ERTH Power will make reasonable attempts to contact each selected entrant. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, does not complete and return the required Declaration and Release Form within the timeframe specified by ERTH Power, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the selected entrant will forfeit the Prize and ERTH Power may randomly select another eligible entrant from the remaining eligible entries.

5. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless ERTH Power, its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, suppliers, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of a Prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

• technical failures, interruptions or errors affecting eBilling enrolment or Contest administration;
• incorrect or inaccurate account or contact information;
• failures of computer systems, websites, networks or telecommunications services;
• unauthorized access to or alteration of Contest information; or
• any loss or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance of a Prize.

ERTH Power is not responsible for an eBilling enrolment that is incomplete or has not been successfully processed by the Contest Closing Date.

6. Privacy

Personal information used in connection with the Contest will only be used as reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, select and contact potential winners and fulfill Prizes.

Personal information will be collected and used in accordance with ERTH Power’s Privacy Policy.

7. General

ERTH Power reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to interfere with the legitimate operation of the Contest or who violates these Official Contest Rules & Regulations.

If, for any reason, the Contest cannot be conducted as intended, ERTH Power reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or amend the Contest or these Official Contest Rules & Regulations.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

These Official Contest Rules & Regulations are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Contest Rules & Regulations and any Contest-related advertising, promotional material or other communication, these Official Contest Rules & Regulations will govern.
