Summer time-of-use (TOU) hours and tiered thresholds in effect May 1, 2024
As of May 1, 2024, summer Time-of-Use (TOU) hours and the change in the Tiered threshold for residential customers under the Ontario Energy Board’s Regulated Price Plan (RPP) are in effect and will remain in place until October 31, 2024. Electricity prices for both price plans and the Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) price plan remain unchanged.
Residential and small business customers have the choice between Time-of-Use (TOU), Tiered and Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) price plans. For more information, visit the Ontario Energy Board website and use the bill calculator to find out which price plan best suits your consumption habits.
