Summer Time-of-Use (TOU) Hours and Change in Tiered Thresholds Effective May 1, 2025
On May 1, 2025, Summer Time-of-Use (TOU) hours will come into effect, as well as changes in the Tiered thresholds. Electricity rates for both price plans and all aspects of the Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) price plan remain unchanged. These hours and thresholds will remain in place until October 31, 2025.
Residential and small business customers have the choice between Time-of-Use (TOU), Tiered and Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) price plans. For more information, visit the Ontario Energy Board website and use the bill calculator to find out which price plan best suits your consumption habits.
