The safety of our employees, contractors, supplier partners and families remain ERTH’s overriding priority.  Therefore, we will be verifying and documenting the health of contractors, suppliers and visitors who enter ERTH’s job sites and facilities.

Before you move out or within ERTH Power’d service area, you must contact us to arrange to have the service at your current residence discontinued and your account closed. To avoid delays, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your move out date.  Here’s how to do so.

If you have registered your current account with MyAccount, you can provide all the necessary information to us online through your MyAccount account prior to your move out date. If you do not have a MyAccount account, simply complete and submit the online Moving Request Form.  If you prefer to give us the necessary information over the phone, contact us at (519) 485-1820 or toll free at (877) 850-3128.

We’re proud to be your home town supplier of safe, reliable power. As a new customer you will need to set up an account with ERTH Power to ensure you have access to power when you move in.

Setting up your account will only take a few minutes. Simply complete the New Account Application Form at least 48 hours prior to your move in date. A Customer Service Representative will get you set up and provide you with everything you need to know about accessing your account online.

Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) Agreement

Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) Agreement

Our pre-authorized payment plan is a simple and convenient way for you to pay your monthly electrical bill. By choosing Pre-Authorized Payments (PAP), your electrical bill will automatically be deducted each month from the bank account of your choice. This service is free and can be cancelled at any time by completing the Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) Form.

To sign up for PAP, simply complete our Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) Form. Once submitted, you’ll receive confirmation and we’ll take it from there.

ERTH Power will do our utmost to protect your confidential information and privacy when dealing with us online. Our new Pre-Authorized Payment Form uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and strong encryption to ensure your sensitive data is collected in a safe and secure manner.

Credit Check Application

Credit Check Application

Complete the Credit Check Application Form in order for ERTH Power Corporation to conduct a credit check for the purposes of obtaining a deposit exemption. If you choose for ERTH to conduct a credit check, a charge of $15.00 will appear on your first bill regardless of the results of the credit check. If a security deposit exemption is granted, but a good payment record cannot be maintained, a security deposit will be required.
