Ontario Energy Board announces changes to electricity prices for households and small businesses
Effective November 1, 2023, the Ontario Energy Board announced that Time-of-Use (TOU), Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) and Tiered rates will change, and the Ontario Energy Rebate will increase from 11.7% to 19.3%. Winter TOU hours and Tiered thresholds will also take effect.
