ERTH Power has launched a 2024 Customer Priorities and Sustainability Survey as part of our customer engagement efforts. Your input is important to us as we strive to better serve our customers, reduce our environmental impact, and positively contribute to our communities moving forward.

Survey Details

The survey is open to all active ERTH Power customers. The survey consists of 16 questions which should only take less than 15 minutes to complete. The survey will close on September 30, 2024.

Participation Incentive

Residential customers who complete the survey will be entered into a draw for an ecobee Wi-Fi Smart Thermostat. While the survey is open to all ERTH Power customers, the draw is limited to residential customers only. One entry per customer account. The prize will be awarded to the person listed as the contact name associated with the customer account. To qualify, simply answer the required questions.

The winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entry pool within seven (7) business days following the survey closing date. The winner will be contacted by ERTH Power via phone or email.
