Move In, Out or Transfer

Moving can be stressful, but not when it comes to your ERTH Power account. Whether you’re moving in, out, or within our service territory, we want to make the process as quick and easy as possible for you. Follow the instructions below to make a request.

Moving In

Welcome to the ERTH Power community! To avoid delays, please complete a New Account Application based on the type of account you would like to open (Residential or Commercial). To avoid delays, please submit your application at least 48-hours before your moving date.

To complete the new account request form, you will need to have the following information handy:

  • Account holder name
  • Service Address
  • Mailing address
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Move in date

Please note that a security deposit may be required. To determine whether you are eligible for a deposit exemption, you can [Request a Credit Check] for a fee of $15.00, which will appear on your first bill regardless of the results of the credit check. ERTH Power will conduct the credit check on your behalf and will advise whether a security deposit is required prior to your scheduled assessment and connection. You may also avoid a security deposit if you register for pre-authorized payments or provide a letter of reference from your previous utility. Moving Out

To discontinue service to your current address and close your ERTH Power account, please complete the Move Out Request Form at least 48 hours before your moving out date.

Transferring Existing Account

To transfer your existing account, please complete the Transfer Request Form at least 48-hours before your moving date.
