Payment Options

ERTH Power offers many different ways to pay your bill. Choose the payment option that is most convenient and comfortable for you.

With Pre-Authorized Payments, the amount you owe is automatically withdrawn from your bank account up to 10 days before your bill due date, so you can be sure it’s paid on time every month.

To sign up for Pre-Authorized Payments, complete our one-time Pre-Authorized Payments Enrollment Form. To enroll, you will need the following information, which you can find on your most recent bill:

• Account Holder Name
• Account Number
• Service Address
• A void cheque or copy of your banking information issued by your financial institution

Once submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed.

ERTH Power Corporation is recognized by all major banks and you can make payment through one of the following banking options.

When signing up to pay online through your banking app, select ERTH Power Corporation as the payee and use your 10-digit account number, which is the account number shown on your bill without the dash.

When signing up for this option, select ERTH Power Corporation from the list of billers.

You can also pay your bill in-person at a bank or through an automatic teller machine (ATM). You will need the remittance stub (the bottom portion of your bill below the dotted line) to make a payment.

ERTH Power uses Paymentus to process MasterCard and Visa credit card payments.

When making a payment by credit card, ERTH Power receives a notification of your payment and your account will be updated within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation number for each payment we receive. An email confirmation will be emailed to you for your records.

Paymentus charges a small convenience fee for paying bills using this service.

Please complete the One-Time Payment form to make a bill payment by credit card through Paymentus. Your information will remain confidential and will not be used for any purpose except paying your ERTH Power bill.

You can also send a cheque by mail to our address below. Please detach and include remittance stub (bottom portion of your bill below the dotted line) with your payment. Please note that we cannot accept cash payments.
