Payment Options

ERTH Power offers several ways to pay your bill so you can choose the payment method that is most convenient for you.

With Pre-Authorized Payments, the amount you owe is automatically withdrawn from your bank account up to 10 days before your bill due date, so you can be sure it’s paid on time every month.

ERTH Power Corporation is recognized by all major banks, and you can make a payment through one of the following banking options.

When signing up to pay online through your banking app, select ERTH Power Corporation as the payee and use your 10-digit account number, which is the account number shown on your bill without the dash.

When signing up for this option, select ERTH Power Corporation from the list of billers.

You can also pay your bill in-person at a bank or through an automatic teller machine (ATM). You will need the remittance stub (the bottom portion of your bill below the dotted line) to make a payment.

ERTH Power uses Paymentus to process Visa and MasterCard payments.

When you make a credit card payment, ERTH Power receives notification and your account will be updated within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation number and an email receipt for your records.

Paymentus charges a small convenience fee for this service.

You can make a credit card payment one of two ways:

1. Complete the One-Time Payment form
2. Log in to MyAccount and select the Credit Card option under “Make a Payment”

Your information will remain confidential and will only be used to process your ERTH Power bill payment.

You can also send a cheque by mail to our address below. Please detach and include remittance stub (bottom portion of your bill below the dotted line) with your payment. Please note that we cannot accept cash payments.
