Paperless eBilling

As students head back to school, ERTH Power is proud to support the Ontario Student Nutrition Program (OSNP) Southwest.

*For every customer who switches to paperless eBilling between September 6, 2023, and October 31, 2023, ERTH Power will donate $5 to the Ontario Student Nutrition Program Southwest. The campaign will benefit student nutrition programs in local schools throughout Oxford, Elgin, and Huron-Perth communities.

The Ontario Student Nutrition Program is housed by the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) – Ontario Branch. VON is one of fourteen lead agencies for Student Nutrition Programs in Ontario. The Ontario Student Nutrition Program is committed to ensuring students attend school well-nourished and ready to learn. OSNP coordinates support for over 480 school breakfast, lunch and healthy snack programs in Southwestern Ontario.

It’s quick and easy to sign up or switch to paperless eBilling through MyAccount. Follow the steps below.

To sign up for paperless eBilling, you must first register for MyAccount.

Before you get started, please have your most recent bill handy to complete the registration form. When completing the registration form, make sure to select “Yes I want Paperless” in the Paperless Billing section.

If you already have MyAccount access and would like to switch to paperless billing, follow these steps:

1. Log in to MyAccount
2. On the dashboard, select Profile
3. In the Paperless Billing section, select “Yes, I want Paperless”
4. Enter your current password
5. Click Update My Profile

You should begin receiving a paperless electronic bill for your next billing period. If you do not receive a bill, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-877-850-3128.
