The following information is required in order for ERTH Power Corporation to conduct a credit check for the purposes of obtaining a deposit exemption. If you choose for ERTH to conduct a credit check, a charge of $15.00 will appear on your first bill regardless of the results of the credit check. If a security deposit exemption is granted, but a good payment record cannot be maintained, a security deposit will be required.
