Our new Pre-Authorized Payment form uses SSL (Secure socket layer) protocol and strong encryption to ensure your sensitive data is collected in a safe and secure manner. Our pre-authorized payment plan is a convenient, worry free and secure way to pay your ERTH Power bill, on time, every time. Simply select a payment option below and submit the form with your banking details.

Note: Once a PAP has been registered and should a customer have 2 rejected payments, the auto payments will be cancelled and a deposit will be required.

Please note that the PAP withdrawal amount is sent to the bank up to 10 days prior to the bill due date. In the event that you issue manual payment on your account as well, a credit may be applied against your account which will be reflected on your next billing.

¹The total amount of the Electricity and/or Water charges will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date.
² Equal monthly payments which are automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the same day each month; are based on previous bill history at the location. This amount is reviewed twice per year.

Terms & Conditions:
- I/we authorize ERTH Power Corporation, and the financial institution designated (or any other financial institution I/We may authorize at any time) to begin deductions as per my/our instructions for monthly regular recurring payments and/or one-time payments from time to time, for payment of all charges arising under my/our ERTH Power Corporation account(s). Regular monthly payments for the full amount of services delivered will be debited to my/our specified account on the due date. ERTH Power corporation will provide 10 days written notice of the amount of each regular debit. ERTH Power will obtain my/our authorization for any other one-time or sporadic debits.
- This authority is to remain in effect until ERTH Power Corporation has received written notification from me/us of its change or termination. This notification must be received at least ten (10) business days before the next debit is scheduled at the address provided below. I/We may obtain a sample cancellation form, or more information on my/our right to cancel a PAP Agreement at my/our financial institution or by visiting Payments Canada.
- I/We have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this agreement. For example, I/we have the right to receive reimbursement for any PAP that is not authorized or is not consistent with this PAP Agreement. To obtain a form for Reimbursement Claim, or for more information on my/our recourse rights, I/we may contact my/our financial institution or visit Payments Canada.
